Healing Trauma

Trauma can be a debilitating experience that leaves lasting effects on our physical and mental wellbeing. For those who have experienced trauma, the healing process can be long and challenging. It is important to seek help and find the right resources to ensure successful and meaningful healing. Here are a few tips on how to heal trauma.

1. Acknowledge your feelings. It is important to recognize and validate your feelings. Trying to ignore or deny the emotions that are part of the healing process will only stand in the way of progress. Acknowledging the pain, fear and other difficult emotions that accompany trauma can help pave the way for healing.

2. Connect with people and build meaningful relationships. Having a strong support system is essential for emotional healing. Spend time with people you love and trust who can offer emotional support and understanding. Building meaningful relationships with friends, family and/or therapists can help you feel accepted and help you work through difficult emotions.

3. Seek professional help. Trauma is a challenging issue to work through and one of the safest and most effective ways to process and heal from trauma is to seek professional help from a qualified trauma therapist or counselor who is experienced in working with traumatic experiences and helping people to heal.

4. Reach out to support. Connecting with safe and supportive people who understand your experience can help you to process and heal from trauma. Find someone who is willing and able to express empathy, compassion, and understanding for what you have been through.

5. Practice self-care. Taking the time to practice self-care can be an important part of the healing process from trauma. Examples of self-care activities include staying active, eating well, getting adequate sleep, practicing mindfulness, and finding a creative outlet, such as writing or painting.

6. Engage in activities. Consider engaging in activities that bring a sense of purpose and meaning to your life.

I have endured trauma in my life and a key aspect to my healing has been to find inner strength which came from Empowerment. I needed to understand, love and heal the part of me that felt like I was a victim and let go of the experience to reach Forgiveness. Empowerment is so important to the journey of Healing especially with trauma as it creates a more positive mindset, ascending us into higher vibrations. More often than not, the trauma is living in the mind which causes improper actions and behaviors due to fear. Empowerment completely counters that fear, giving us a totally new sense of reality.

There are many Healings that I offer that will help to heal trauma but I am specifically drawn to Ensofic Ray healing series to profoundly affect change and build inner strength and peace. This is a Series of 3 sessions and drastically heals the mind as well as the body.

I hope this gives some insight into healing trauma and reach out if you want to connect deeper.
