Think of healing as having a coach or a trainer by your side. You create goals, and your Lumina practitioner will help you reach your goals with recommendations from their repertoire of healing modalities. As you heal, and come to know yourself more, your goals may shift.

Classes
We are more than we realize, more than we give ourselves credit for - regardless of our place in life.
In Modern Mystery School classes, you are reminded of knowledge that has been locked away - laying dormant within us. We use keys handed down to us as Modern Mystery School teachers to unlock this knowledge.
As this knowledge is unlocked, we are free to grow!
Clearings
Over time, and through exchanges with others and our environment, both we and the spaces we occupy accumulate energy. This energy may be positive, though more often than not, it is negative.
Most often benign, like a layer of dust - this negative energy needs to be cleared from time to time.
